On Visiting NFL Teams...

"I visited Pittsburgh last week and will visit Washington, Carolina and the 49ers this week. I've gotten a lot of good feedback from my workout. I continue to rehab and spend a good part of my days with Coach Kelly on the board discussing defensive coverage, game management and decision making. I'm looking forward to learning a new offense beginning in May."

On Pro Day Workout...

"I thought I threw the ball pretty well today. There were a couple passes that I would like to have back, but I'm a perfectionist and I wanted to complete every pass I threw. I did some agility drills to show everyone how well I'm moving and how quickly that I am healing. The knee feels great. I didn't even think about it during the workout. I believe that I'll be 100% in another month. There's no doubt that I'll be ready for NFL camp in July."

On My Weight...

"I was 205 lbs at the time that I injured my knee. My surgery caused me to lose some weight and I am now back to 205 lbs. Through continued weight-training and nutrition, I am confident that I will get to my goal weight of 215 lbs by the start of training camp."

On Baseball...

"All of my focus is on football. I am committed to being the best quarterback I can be and that takes complete dedication. My next baseball game will be playing a celebrity softball game with my NFL teammates."

On the Combine...

"I had a great experience at the combine. I felt that all of my interviews were positive and I hope I was able to tell the NFL people some things about me that they may not have known.

It was difficult not being able to participate in any of the drills, but I have always liked turning negatives into positives. So, since I couldn't test on the field, I just tried to encourage the other quarterbacks that were testing to do their best.

Finally, thanks to each organization that gave me the opportunity to meet with them and thank you to the NFL combine for giving me the opportunity to come and participate.

I am excited to be able to workout on April 3rd in Eugene. I can't wait to throw with my receivers and show everyone how far along I am in my recovery."
